February 8, 2006. The Town of Kensington is required to notify customers that
commingle trash and recyclables by mail of the Town's observations. The Town
is also required to notify the County at the same time. Fines from the County
can be assessed against violators of the regulation beginning February 8, 2006.
We have included information on what is recyclable and our recycling collection
services for your convenience (Recycling
Flyer
). Additional information and the complete new regulations can be found on Montgomery
County's web site, montgomerycountymd.gov
